The Bauerfeind ManuTrain Wrist Support is a comfortable, protective active support for the wrist. If you've injured your wrist, you'll know how irritating and uncomfortable it can be. Whether you've got inflamed tendons, have had surgery on the wrist or your joints are simply suffering from the effects of ageing, it can make it difficult to maintain an active lifestyle for any sports that involve gripping, or even during daily life when you're typing or using a mouse.

The Bauerfeind ManuTrain Wrist Support takes the strain off your wrist in cases of tenosynovitis (inflammation of the tendon in the wrist), arthritis of the wrist or following injury.  The flexible Train active knitted fabric has pads incorporated in it, taking the pressure off nerves and blood vessels and relieving pain. An inner stay and an elastic strap stabilize the wrist, reducing irritation quickly for a truly effective product.

The anatomically shaped ManuTrain supports, stabilises and massages. Its three-dimensional knit sits comfortably, does not slip and boosts the circulation. Two pads remove the pressure from nerves and blood vessels. Depending on whether or not the inner stay is used, the active support has a greater or less stabilising effect.

The breathable, skin-friendly knitted fabric adapts to your every movement, without cutting into you or slipping. This is why the material is softer and more elastic at the edge of the bandage. The Bauerfeind ManuTrain Wrist Support is available in six sizes and comes in models for the left or right hand. To decide which size is right for you please measure your wrist circumference, as shown in the diagram, and then refer to our sizing table below.
