Hand wash cold with mild soap. Wipe & dry flat. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. 

The Neo G Adhesive Silicone Heel Spurs are normally delivered by Royal Mail or by DPD next working day courier.

If placing your order before 14:00 (Monday to Friday), this product is normally dispatched the same day.
