How Do I Fit the Stabiliser?

To correctly fit the Thermoskin Elastic Back Stabiliser, follow these four simple steps below: 

1. Position the lower part of the support onto the coccyx bone
2. Wrap the support around your waist and secure into place using the Velcro strap 
3. Ensure that the middle two internal stays are on either side of the spine

For added compression, secure the elastic side straps.
