How Do I Clean the Heat Pad Device?
To clean the Heat Pad and control units, please follow the below procedures:
Cleaning the Control:
- Remove the power plug from the socket and disconnect the heat pad from the control by unplugging the plug-in coupling
- Clean the unit with a dry, lint-free cloth or if particularly dirty, clean using a damp cloth and a mild soap
Cleaning the Heat Pad:
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees Celsius with a delicate laundry detergent
Care and Maintenance
- Allow the heat pad to cool before storing
- When not in use, we recommend that you store the heat pad in its original packaging in a cool, dry place. Before doing so, disconnect the heat pad from the control box by unplugging the plug-in coupling
