Adjustable Weight to Change Intensity

The Fitness-Mad Leather Weighted Jump Rope can be used with or without the 125g (approx.) handle weights, giving you the option to choose from 175g (rope only) or 425g (with weights). You can use the speed rope without weights to improve speed, or with weights to boost endurance and strength. This great addition enables you to change the intensity of the exercise depending on your goals.

How Do I Adjust the Handle Weights?

With the bottom of the handle pointing up, unscrew the cap and slowly tip out the handle weight and spring (be careful not to drop them!). Once both the weights are removed, simply screw the handle caps back on.
