How To Use the Fitness-Mad Massage Peanut Ball

Please see below for instructions on how to best use the Peanut Ball for an effective back massage. All you need is the Peanut Massage Ball and a wall!

  1. Standing next to a wall, place the ball into position between your back and the wall.
  2. Ensure the dip is in line with the spine, but not touching, and each side of the ball against your back muscles.
  3. Roll up and down, lowering yourself into a slight squatting position and then back upright.
  4. Ensure your feet are approximately hip-width apart.
  5. Do not let your knees overextend over the toes when at the lowest point of the squat.
