Combats Latex Tube Failure
There are a range of options when it comes to resistance training, including bands and tubes, but they almost always use uncovered latex. Latex tube failure usually involves the latex flatting and can happen for a number of reasons, including exposure to heat and UV light. This product features a nylon protection sleeve that virtually removes the risks associated with latex tube failure. This cover also extends the life of the latex tube.
Door Attachment for Home Workouts
The Fitness-Mad Safety Resistance Trainer features a door attachment to open up a wider range of workout opportunities. The attachment can be secured in the side of the door and used when the door is shut/locked. This added bonus enables a number of new exercises, including the following:
