Why Use the Spare Aerobic Step Riser?

This Spare Step Riser can be used to adjust the height of your Step Platform by 5cm to enable you to design your own challenges. The use of 4 risers (2 on each side) is most commonly used, and we recommend 6 (3 on each side) as the maximum. Ensure to check with your trainer or carry out a risk assessment before utilising 6 risers. It's always a good idea to have a few spares in your gym and studio classes, as well to bring diversity into your exercise programmes.
