How Do I Use the Fitness-Mad Massage Ball Set?

This product is used by simply rolling it around the area that needs to be massaged. Take a look at some of the most effective uses below:

  • For the lower back or glutes: Start in a sitting position and roll the ball between your back and a wall or chair. 
  • For calves and thighs: Try sitting or lying on the floor and roll the ball between you and the floor.
  • For the shoulders and upper back: Place the ball between your back/shoulders and a wall. Whilst standing, roll the ball around.
  • For the neck: Roll the ball between your neck and open palms. This is the same technique for arms.

Ideal for Use with Foam Roller
