Available in Three Different Resistance Levels

The Pro11 Training Band is available in three different resistance levels. This enables you to select the resistance level that suits you to start, and means that you can buy the other bands as your grow in strength. Please select the resistance band that you wish to purchase from the drop-down menu above.

Colour-Coded for Convenience

The Pro11 training resistance bands are colour-coded for easy identification: the orange band offers low resistance; the green band is medium resistance; and the blue band provides high resistance. This feature is helpful if you choose to buy two or all three of the bands.

Lightweight and Portable

This resistance band is lightweight and portable, so it can be taken just about anywhere for training on the go. It also provides a fantastic alternative to large, heavy weights for resistance training.

Dimensions of the Pro11 Resistance Bands

The three resistance bands have different dimensions. They are as follows:

• Orange band: 2080 x 4.5 x 2.1cm
• Green band: 2080 x 4.5 x 3.2cm
• Blue band: 2080 x 4.5 x 4.5cm

The Pro11 Training Resistance Band are normally delivered by Royal Mail or by DPD next working day courier.

If placing your order before 14:00 (Monday to Friday), this product is normally dispatched the same day.

If you order this product after 14:00 (Monday to Friday), at the weekend or during a public holiday, your item will be dispatched the next working day.
