The insoles simply plug into the batteries using their included cable. Batteries are charged using their included USB charger. Please note, all Therm-IC goods are supplied with a two year warranty on electronic components! This way, you can be sure of an extended, high-value period of use.

The Therm-IC Heat Flat Heated Insoles are normally delivered by Royal Mail or by DPD next working day courier.

If placing your order before 14:00 (Monday to Friday), this product is normally dispatched the same day.

If you order this product after 14:00 (Monday to Friday), at the weekend or during a public holiday, your item will be dispatched the next working day.
