Yoga bricks are an essential tool for all yoga lovers, from beginners to pros. The Yoga-Mad High-Density Yoga Brick can be used with a number of poses (also known as asanas), such as Parivrtta Parsvakonasana (Revolved Side Angle) and Parivrtta Trikonasana (Revolved Triangle). The High-Density Block is solid, providing support without bending or squashing. The EVA foam is also very comfortable, making it much safer and lighter than the traditional wooden yoga brick.

How To Use the High-Density Yoga Brick

The Yoga-Mad Brick is a versatile prop that allows you to practice your yoga poses in a safer and more effective way. You can use it on its back or side to support the required part of your body in order to sustain poses. Have a look at two effective asana poses you can use your brick with below:

  • Tadasana (Mountain Pose): Stand up straight with the brick squeezed lengthwise between your forearms. Sweep your arms overhead, ensuring they stay straight. Hold, and relax your shoulders.
  • Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge): Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Lift your hips and slide the brick under your tailbone. This will support your backbend.

How To Clean Your Yoga-Mad Brick
