A fascia is a band of connective tissue beneath the skin that stabilises, encloses and separates muscles and internal organs. Sitting at a desk all day or otherwise not moving can result in clumps or agglutinations, which manifest as painful tensions, back aches and headaches. 

How Does the Beurer Ball Work?

This massage ball from Beurer vibrates, helps to regenerate and activate tense muscle groups. Try standing beside a wall and place the massage ball in between your back and the wall. As you move around the ball will target different muscle groups around your back and relieve tension in that area. 

How Do I Use the Vibrating Massage Ball?

With two intensity levels that are interchangeable, this vibrating ball provides effective massage right where you need it. To switch on the device, press the on/off button once. This will active the higher of the two intensity levels. To choose the weaker of the two levels, press the on/off button again. (See image below).

How Long Should I Use the Vibrating Ball For?

For best results, we recommend that you use the vibrating ball on the lower, mid and upper body for up to 15 minutes on each area, around three times per week.
