How Do I Adjust the Poles to the Right Height for Me?
In order to maximise the benefits you receive from any hiking aid, it's vital that you adjust their height before use. To do this, simply twist the bottom and middle part of the pole until the end of the pole is approximately level with your chest. To tighten the pole in place, simply reverse the twisting action you used when loosening.
