The FullForce Knee Brace combines two clinically proven Donjoy technologies in one brilliantly performing brace. Using the four-points-of-leverage system stabilises the ligament and significantly reduces ACL strain. Donjoy’s FourcePoint hinge dampens knee-joint extension, which increases flexion angles and reduces anterior shear forces on the tibia.

Passive vs. Dynamic Braces

There are two different approaches to the design of a knee brace: passive and dynamic supports. Passive brace designs don’t actively address instabilities, allowing the knee to move before the brace can take effect and therefore resulting in a higher risk of injury.

Conversely, Donjoy’s dynamic four-points-of-leverage design continually addresses instabilities at all times, whether you're running, jumping or standing. This prevents injuries while also allowing you to maintain an active lifestyle.

Standard Polycentric vs. Fourcepoint

What Is the Difference Between the Short and Standard Versions?

Both versions of the Donjoy Full Force Knee Brace feature a section that is 8" in length from the top of the brace down to the knee section. The difference is the short version has a knee to calf length of 6.5" and the standard has a knee to calf length of 8".

Can I Use My Donjoy Full Force Brace In Water?

You can use your DJO Full Force Knee Brace in water if required, however the Velcro material will deteriorate over time due to chlorine or salt-water exposure. To correctly care for your brace following exposure to water, flush hinges out with fresh water after use before leaving the brace to air dry. 

What If My Measurements Fall Under Different Sizes?

If your measurements fall under different sizes (for example: Medium for Thigh Circumference and Large for Knee Centre), we recommend you choose your size based on your Thigh Circumference measurement.
