How to Put on the Sacro Lumbar Support

The Oppo Elite back support is easy to don for optimal convenience. To put on this support, simply follow the below instructions:

1. Place the support on the sacro-lumbar area, wrap around the circumference of your waist, and fasten the hook-and-loop straps at the front of your body. Make sure that the support is securely on, but not so tight as to be uncomfortable or stop/limit circulation.
2. Pull the elastic reinforcement straps to a comfortable position.
3. Attach the reinforcement straps to the front of the brace.

Please Note: To use this support with the optional lumbar cushion, simply hold the cushion in place on your lumbar back area while wrapping the support around the circumference of your waist.

Cleaning Your Sacro Lumbar Support

The Oppo Elite Back Support should be cleaned using cold water. DO NOT bleach, iron, or dry clean this back support.
