The Oppo RW501 brace is available in two sizes. If you're not sure which size is right for you, measure the circumference of your waist at the level of your navel (as seen below). Once you have this measurement, compare it to the below sizing table to determine your support size.

This back support is simple to don, and does not generally require assistance to put on. To put on this back brace, follow the below instructions:

1. Wrap the support around the waist, ensuring that the flexible stays are positioned in the lumbar area
2. Secure the support to your desired level of compression (ensuring that it is not uncomfortably tight around the waist)
3. Pull the reinforced straps for extra security and compression
