If you are the one punching rather than holding these pads, it is recommended that you wear a pair of boxing/MMA gloves during training. While these focus pads provide shock absorption to minimise the impact of strikes, their tough and fairly rigid design may still cause injury to the hands and wrists when struck.

There are two ways in which these gloves support the wearer and prevent injury from impact. This includes with layers of durable and shock-absorbing padding designed to take the brunt of the impact from your partner's strike, and a curved structure designed to catch and absorb even higher-impact punches for optimal protection.

Minimal Risk of the Pads Slipping Off

To ensure that these pads do not slip off during training, they feature an adjustable, hook-and-loop wrist strap which provides a tailored and secure design. There is also EZ-Grip technology used in the palm/finger area to ensure good grip on the pads during use.
