How Do I Put the MMA Hand Wraps On?

There are a few methods to wrapping your hands, most of them following a similar process. If you're unsure how to put the wraps on, you can follow the below instructions:

1. Unravel the hand wraps, and slide your thumb through the provided thumb loop.
2. Wrap the hand wrap around your wrist three times, making sure it's tight enough for a secure fit, but not so tight that it's uncomfortable or cuts off circulation.
3. Once you're wrists are wrapped, pull the wrap under your palm, and wrap it around the circumference of your hand at the palm three times.
4. Begin wrapping your fingers, making an 'X' with the wrap, starting with threading the wrap from the underside of your palm between your index and pinky finger. Then, wrap the material in an 'X' shape across your knuckles.
5. Repeat this step for the rest of your fingers and your thumb (making sure to wrap your thumb last).
6. Once your thumb is wrapped, secure the thumb by wrapping the material once more around your palm.
7. Wrap the material around your knuckles three times.
8. Draw the remaining material to your wrist and secure using the Velcro. If there is a lot of excess material, you can wrap this around your wrist some more before securing the wrap.
