Fitting the Sorbothane Heel Pads
To fit the heel pads simply place into the back of a shoe with the tacky, red side down, they will stick firmly to the sole but remain easy to remove to a different pair of shoes.
Please note that the Sorbothane Shock Stopper Heel Pads have recently changed their design. As such, the insoles you receive may differ slightly in appearance during the transition period.
