Sizing of the Ultimate Performance Neoprene Shoulder Support:

The Neoprene Shoulder Support is available in 5 sizes. Please measure around the arm and shoulder in a loop going under the armpit and over the shoulder. 

When measuring, you are measuring around the joint of the shoulder and the loop of the measurement should run vertically around the shoulder, rather than horizontally around the top of the arm.

If you are of an unusual build, a good guideline on sizing is to use your normal t-shirt sizing. Therefore, if you take a size medium t-shirt normally, select a size medium support.
