How Do I Use the Escape Fitness Aerobic Riser?

Cleverly designed to support creative workout routines, the Aerobic Riser can be used in a variety of different ways. Anti-Slip Thermoplastic

To ensure maximum safety, the Escape Fitness Riser is made with anti-slip thermoplastic rubber. The rubber matt on top of the platform provides essential grip so that fast movements can be performed safely and confidently. The stabilising feet at the bottom of the platform are also made from TPR to stop it from sliding out from underneath the user while they're exercising.

Combines with Resistance Bands

Located at the bottom of the Escape Riser Platform are multiple rivets designed to hold resistance tubes securely in place. This practical feature lets you add resistance training to your workout, giving you the versatility needed to make effective muscle gains.

Two Risers and Step Platform (Sold Separately)

Increase the Intensity

Having multiple Escape Riser platforms is the best way to get the most from your workouts. You can stack the platforms on top of one another to increase the height and multiply the challenge. Having multiple Risers at your disposal also allows you to get creative with your circuits by positioning them in any way you see fit.
