The 38cm hook and loop strap ensures a secure fit. A double safety closure prevents the weight from coming loose no matter how strenuous your exercises get, helping to maintain safety. As well as being secure, the cuff is also comfortable to wear. It contours around your ankle or wrist, reducing bulk and making the weight feel more natural as you run, walk and work out.
