What Size Should I Choose?

Designed to give anyone the support they need to play at their best, this knee support is supplied in two sizes. To find out which size best fits you, simply measure the circumference of your leg around the kneecap and refer to the table below: 

How Do I Fit the Knee Support?

To fit the Thermoskin Sports Adjustable Knee Support, follow these five simple instructions:

1. Keep your leg straight and position the support so that the patella cut-out is over the knee cap and the sew-in label is at the top
2. Wrap the single strap behind the knee and attach it next to the patella cut-out
3. Wrap the lower strap behind the upper calf, attaching it just below the knee cap, in line with the lower section of the main body
4. Wrap the upper strap behind the lower hamstring and attach above the knee cap
5. Re-adjust the tightness on the middle strap to your comfort
